What does 'circular beauty' mean?
Circular beauty refers to our process of rescuing ingredients that would otherwise go to waste—such as coffee grounds, fruit stones, and chai spices—and transforming them into high-performing skincare products.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all UpCircle products are 100% vegan and Leaping Bunny certified cruelty-free. We never test on animals and do not use any animal-derived ingredients.
Is your packaging plastic-free?
We are proud to be 99% plastic-free. Most of our products are housed in glass jars or aluminum tubes with metal lids. We also offer a return-and-refill scheme for many of our bestsellers.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days for domestic orders and 7-14 business days for international destinations.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us for a full refund or exchange, provided it is at least half full.
Do you offer international shipping?
